As native New Yorker, Daniel first exposure to architecture was growing up amidst the urban blight of the inner city of Spanish Harlem. His desire was to see urban renewal that was both visionary and affordable.
History
Daniel holds a Master of Architecture degree and is currently licensed to practice in four states. Daniel began his career as an intern performing loft legalization for one of his professors. He took a leadership role as president of the Architecture club while in pursuit of his Associates of Architecture Technology. Soon after, he took a position in Great Britain as an architect's assistant performing construction administration for a 10 unit multi-family housing project in Ipswich. Upon his return to the U.S. he completed his Bachelors of Science in Architecture and began his tenure at various firms designing hi-end residential as well as bridge line and couture retail flagship stores. He furthered his experience by serving as a project architect in gut-renovation of historic buildings for private clients, universities and the military.

Daniel has a passion for marrying old and new. He sees the opportunities to revitalize community through the built environment. He believes that through restoration of the built environment that the spirit of the community can be reawakened to reveal and release its vibrant potential. As an ordained minster and keynote conference speaker, Daniel travels nationally and internationally.
