Biography
As a native New Yorker, Daniel’s first exposure to architecture was growing up amidst the urban blight of Spanish Harlem. His lifelong desire has been to foster urban renewal that is both visionary and affordable.
Daniel holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree and is licensed to practice in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. He began his career as an intern, conducting loft legalization for one of his professors. During his studies, he also served as President of the Architecture Club while pursuing an Associate’s degree in Architecture Technology.
Daniel’s early career included a position in Great Britain, where he worked as an architect’s assistant on a 10-unit multi-family housing project in Ipswich, focusing on construction administration.
